"Morgan works hard and smart and yet, while staying focused, is among the
most delightful people I've met. She is a person who wants to give
before she takes. She is witty, funny, pleasant and charismatic,
compassionate, efficient, charming and belongs to an elite group of the newly minted event
coordinators. They make the event fun for everyone, including the
professionals, and they see themselves as facilitators to make our job as easy as
possible so we can best serve our joint clients," was the recommendation of my
professional videographer friend
I only can agree. Passionate and energetic, with elegant, impeccable taste,
Morgan has the perfect background for her profession. After finishing her
degree in Business and Marketing, she worked for Shell Oil Products Company as
a Financial Marketing Consultant. One day she was asked to plan a company
party; she did it so well that all events, including nationwide conferences,
became her responsibility. From then on Morgan knew that designing and
producing events was her calling. Soon she helped friends and family members
to coordinate their celebrations. Before she started her own business,
she took several courses. Since then, Morgan has
achieved the acclaimed title of Professional Wedding Consultant (PWC) as a
member of the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants.
"I am a people person and take tremendous pride to help create traditional and
non-traditional events. To customize each wedding to perfectly match my clients' personal
style, making each celebration
special." Morgan told me. I talked to a
Chinese-American bride who was completely in awe about Morgan's work and ideas. She
told me that Morgan incorporated traditional customs with modern touches and
at the same time, adhered to the strict rules of the Asian Art Museum where
the wedding was held. There was a tea ceremony
with lion dancers, a tiramisu cake in the shape of the last emperor's palace,
and thousands of little details which had to be executed with perfect timing to make the
celebration flow.
In order to make her future events even better, she invites her
clients to a follow-up luncheon after the honeymoon where all aspects of her
service are reviewed.
