Plan Decor is the dream business of Karen Baba who began her career as a horticulturist 25 years ago. Karen's personal approach and rapport with her clients has given her a reputation for professionalism, thoroughness, follow-through, and a firm commitment to making every event special.

Preferring a European garden and floral abundant look, Karen’s creations are always designed with the setting in mind. She can create an overall look with a wide variety of unique props and linens. If she does not already own this unique item, she has a talent for locating it. The birch arch that was built in her studio for a garden wedding is a perfect example. The use of her props and containers is included in the price of her floral arrangements or can be rented separately.

Karen prides herself on making sure that the bride's vision of her perfect day is realized. She especially enjoys when a client wants something unique and unusual. One bride was so pleased about how Karen had read her mind and "created exactly what I had envisioned. That day I walked into my dream." Other references commented on her fantastic work and recommend her highly. I have seen many of Karen's gorgeous floral decorations. It is not only the design, but also the the quality of the flowers that is so intriguing.
